Consider the frog — its "anatomy and evolution to its moral symbolism and its role as muse to artists" — at Carnegie Museum of Art's Frogs: A Conversational Dissection. Inspired by sculptor Margaret Honda's new piece, a five-foot, frog-like creature lying prostrate on a carpet, the talk features Jennifer Sheridan, Curator of Amphibians and Reptiles at Carnegie Museum of Natural History, and Christopher Nygren, assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh.
