We were singing “Bohemian Rhapsody” in a Prius.
In his white tank top and tight jeans,
he ordered me to drive further into space.
He called me Space Queen.

Freddie took off his suit of skin
and threw it out the window.
I want to be 21 forever.
I want to sit in this Prius forever.

He told me to take a right down an alley.
Suddenly, we were back in Pittsburgh.
We stopped at a red light near the O.

His skeleton rattled as
he took a drag from his cigarette.
Know where we can get a sandwich
or good blowjob?

No. I didn’t.
Before I died, I always wanted
to ride a Harley. He stared at a
crimson bike across the street.

Was it scary dying? I asked.
He smiled and sighed,
like I asked him something
