I completely agree with the other comment. The wait staff is rude and the owner missing in action. And yes Panera would be an improvement over what goes at this place

We had an extremely poor experience at this restaurant with the wait staff being rude and clearly incapable of managing a so called lunch rush. It is not as if the food was really that great. I have eaten better crepes multiple times in Pittsburgh.
