Family Hospice Interfaith Memorial Service

Community members are invited to remember their loved ones who have passed away at the Family Hospice and Palliative Care Interfaith Memorial Service. Family Hospice has conducted memorial services 1988 to offer families, friends, hospice staff and volunteers a unique way to remember those who have dies. Please register by Mon., Oct. 3. Register by accessing the Memorial Service response form online at http://www.familyhospicepa.org/patients-caregivers/bereavement-support-groups. Community members can also contact Toni Martinez, Family Hospice bereavement senior administrative assistant, at 412-572-8829, for registration information. Attendees should plan to arrive by 2:45 p.m. on Sun., Oct. 16 to check in.
