Fair Districts to Examine PA-18’s Shifting Profile as Landmark Election Approaches

Fair Districts PA will present a special program to trace how legislators have altered the boundaries and electoral makeup of Pennsylvania’s 18th Congressional District to influence voter turnout for partisan gain – with special emphasis on the March 13th Special Election, between candidates Conor Lamb (D) and Rick Saccone (R), to fill the seat vacated by Tim Murphy, who resigned in October 2017.
