I absolutely love Verde Good Beans, and head in there at least once a week for the best hot chocolate I've ever had in my life. Both girls are wonderfully nice and Elysia is always on the ball with the drink orders. If they were to stay open later - specifically the panini press - I'd definitely stop by to pick up sandwiches for dinner every so often. :)
