Disability Pride Pittsburgh

The first annual Disability Pride Pittsburgh will take place on Fort Duquesne Boulevard between the 6th and 7th Street bridges. The event celebrates DISABILITY PRIDE and the 32nd anniversary of the enactment of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Entertainment, advocacy, giveaways, fun activities, resource tables, food trucks. Performers include stand-up comedian/mental health advocate Gab Bonesso; Seamus Kelleher, a storyteller/musician who speaks about his journey with addiction; and the ensemble Infinity, comprised of four musicians with mental health diagnoses. Disability Pride Pittsburgh promotes visibility and cultivates the pride within the disability community as it advocates for an inclusive world.
