Award winning cookbook author, Katie Parla is coming to DiAnoia’s Eatery in Pittsburgh to celebrate the release of her newest cookbook, Food of the Italian South. Meet Katie herself and receive a signed copy of her book, Food of the Italian South and enjoy an evening of aperitivo style goodies. Chef Dave and the DiAnoia’s Eatery kitchen team will prepare snacks from the cookbook itself while our bar will feature one of Katie’s cocktail recipes, the Negroni del Capo.
