why is it that it took the city no time at all to pay well over the value of the house on arlington that they wanted to turn into a parking lot, yet they can't give these people fair value for their houses after years and years of knowing how serious this situation was? is the city going to be accountable when one of these houses falls down the hill and kills someone?
