Code Name: The Cleaner

A janitor (Cedric the Entertainer) suffering from amnesia thinks he's a secret agent in this crime spoof from Les Mayfield. You must be laughing already. The slim feature is a round-up of familiar scenes: the jokey black man meets the white temptress (Nicolette Sheridan); acts like a fool in a fancy house; and saves the day by some version of keeping it real. Oh, and there's some stuff about a microchip, super-bad video games and a sassy waitress (Lucy Liu) who might be an agent, or a sexual conquest, or maybe just a coffee-slinger. What you probably haven't seen before is Cedric doing a Dutch clog-dancing routine. It's worth a smile or two, but hardly justifies the price of a ticket.
