LET,S make one thing clear, (CEO) KEN SAWYER, (PRESIDENT) DAVID MOREHOUSE, and (CHAIRMAN) MARIO LEMIEUX of the PENGUINS,Are giving one Million Dollars for a COMMUNITY GROCERY STORE.And if the community does not secure the grocery store by the end of the year 2009 then One Hill can channel the money in any direction that it choose to and the COMMUNITY still gets nothing. Remember that this neighborhood has not had a full service grocery store in over 30-YEARS, and the way things look now it will be Another 30-years even if then, Also ONE HILL ask for a COMMUNITY CENTER, But when the YMCA stepped up and said that they already had plans to develop a COMMUNITY YMCA,In the LOWER HILL DISTRICT the COMMUNITY CENTER that ONE HILL proposed should have been taken out of the Agreement. This was just a way to make it look as if ONE HILL play's a part in the YMCA'S DEVELOMPENT, but they don't. This aggrement is nothing more then a SOCIAL PROGRAM and that's what EVAN FRAZIER "CEO" of the HILL HOUSE and CHEIF NEGOTIATOR FOR ONE HILL already has in place. This aggrement does not IMPACK or UPLIFT this community but show's that the people that were put into place to take care of this community are not doing the job that they were put in place to do. If every Community in the last 30-years has grown by Leaps and Bounds, then why has'nt the same happened in the HILL DISTRICT. Or is Great Growth and Great Economical Development, Not just with Housing,but also in Business',Employment, Community Green Spaces the important things that keep a COMMUNITY TOGETHER. Are these things not in the plans for this COMMUNITY. And when "MARIO LEMIEUX" said on TELEVISION that he would be a better NEIGHBOR to the HILL DISTRICT COMMUNITY,Then if this is the SIGN of being a better NEIGHBOR, Then this so called GOOD NEIGHBOR should go to CHURCH and learn what BEING GOOD NEIGHBOR REALY IS ABOUT. IN LIFE SOME THINGS ARE LEARNED and SOME THINGS YOU JUST KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT THING IS TO DO WITH OUT SOME ONE HAVING HAVE TO TELL YOU. MY QUESTION IS THIS (WAS THIS FIGHT FOR THE COMMUNITY or WAS IT FOR INDIVIUAL'S WHO HAD THEIR OWN AGENDA. IF YOU READ THIS AGREEMENT THOURGHLY, IN THERE YOU WILL FIND THE TRUTH.(THERE ARE OTHER ISSUES IN THE AGREEMENT THAT DO NOT IMPACT THE COMMUNITY IMMEDIATLY. SO I SAY DO NOT SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE , FOR IF YOU DO WELL YOU KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN.(NOTHING) AND THE COMMUNITY LOSES AGAIN.
