Perhaps you've noticed that it's a slow season for concert announcements —maybe because concert announcements are as susceptible to Seasonal Affect Disorder as anyone else.  In any case, here are a few things to look forward to!

DJ Afterthought performs with SCR, PK Delay, Ryan Bronson, Fly High Ent, Rizzo Blaze and Grizzy Yano at Club Cafe on Feb. 5 ($10, on sale now). Also coming to Club Cafe: Seratones with Coastal Remedy and JontiTrot on Feb. 13 (free!); The Real New Fall, The Pressure  and Love Dumpster on Feb. 19 ($7, on sale Friday); Red Room Effect and Absolution Key on Feb. 20 ($10, on sale Friday); The Billy Price Band on March 3 ($15, on sale Friday); Dressy Bessy on March 8 ($10, on sale Friday); California Guitar Trio on March 10 ($20, on sale Friday); Bill Toms and Hard Rain on April 2 ($12-15, on sale now); and Laura Stevenson on April 5 ($12-15, on sale Friday).

On March 25, TOBACCO appears at Spirit ($15-17, on sale now).

Say Anything, mewithoutYou, Teen Suicide and Museum Mouth play Stage AE on May 11 ($19.50-23, on sale Friday).

Hip-hop artist/internet personality Skate Maloley brings his first national tour to Mr. Small's Theatre on Feb. 19 ($25, on sale now). Also at Mr. Small's: RJD2 on Feb. 27 ($20-22, on sale now); Jim Donovan & Sun King Warriors's album release show on March 12 ($15-25, on sale now); The Wonder Years on April 5 ($20-23, on sale Friday); Miike Snow on May 27 ($20-23, on sale Friday); and Hatebreed with DevilDriver and Act Of Defiance on June 7 ($25, on sale Friday).
