Sembene - The Film & Arts Festival celebrates Black History Month with a film on the late revolutionary artist Gil Scott-Heron. Robert Mugge's BLACK WAX features poet/singer/songwriter Gil Scott-Heron and his 10-piece Midnight Band. The UK's Melody Maker publication called Scott-Heron "the most dangerous musician alive". Scott-Heron performs his most iconic poems and songs leads views on a tour of the two faces of Washington, D.C.
