The band (which consists of Manchester Orchestra's Andy Hull and Robert McDowell + Kevin Devine) are touring this summer in support of their first new album in seven years, III, out on June 14th via Loma Vista Recordings. Its lead singles illustrate the strength of the two songwriting halves that form Bad Books' stunning whole: the gorgeous, heart-rending slow burn of Hull's "Lake House" and the bewitching, melancholic lilt of Devine's "I Love You, I'm Sorry, Please Help Me, Thank You."
