An Evening With The Eagles

At this point, you would need to “Take It To the Limit” (when it comes to credulity) to consider The Eagles’ current lineup, well, THE Eagles. Only Don Henley remains from the original convocation. And though those will be his unmistakable vocals on “Hotel California,” guitarist Joe Walsh has never found a suitable replacement for Don Felder since the latter was kicked out of this band. Glenn Frye’s son is subbing for his late father, which we guess makes up for country superstar Vince Gill joining. As for bassist Timothy B. Schmit … look, he’s now passable as part of the “classic” lineup for arguably America’s most beloved rock band. Whatever. Everybody knows a handful of songs from The Eagles. Henley is singing. It’ll somehow be “An Evening With The Eagles” at our hockey barn.
