Around the world, a lot of good solutions have been put in place. I am still amazed as a relative newcomer to the Burgh that commuter trains up and down the three rivers are not in place. Bikeways and bus ways could connect to these lines. Run the trains and buses on renewable, clean fuels. Maybe a carbon tax on petrol could help cover system maintenance?
