The cold can be unimaginable when it is warm; darkness insurmountable when there is light. But without anguish, there would be no triumph. There cannot be recovery without growth. These works showcase a dream of better days ahead. After dark and troubling times, a wondrous splendor emerges. Nate Reese and Adriana Mazzotta are artists living and working in the Northside of Pittsburgh. Through painting, illustration, and digital art, Nate explores themes of fantasy, illusion, and distorted perspectives. Adriana’s work focuses heavily in textiles, using a cut pile tufting gun, giving these pieces unique dimensions and texture.
