I do agree that his beat down was a result of a hate crime. It's the same as if it were a black man that had been beaten. They would have a huge group of activist behind them..so I think we should stand behind David Kipp...If no one wants to recognize this as an act of hate crime then lets settle for it being his punishment for his crime and drop his sentence.
