Action Calligraphy Half Day Camp

Instructor:: Hong Zhao. Center yourself while becoming one with your 精气神 jīng qì shén (your essence, breath and spirit), a practice used in the traditions of the Tao to be applied to a large calligraphy dance exercise. Bring together your inner self and your outer self with these ancient forms. Work on improving physical strength, flexibility, grace, attention and focus, as you gain self-confidence.
