don't let one guys review from 3 years ago deceive you, this place is awesome! the drink specials are reasonable, the beer selection is quite extensive, there was enough room for myself and 5 friends to have at the bar, the bartender was attentive and sweet! we had gone on a Tuesday night which is karaoke with DJ cathy, who is incredible! the crowd was fun and diverse which is not what I had expected to find at a Mt. Washington dive-esq bar. almost everyone got up and sang something, probably because of the eclectic song collection that was provided. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get out of the overpriced pretentious downtown/ south side scene who wants to have a good time with a good crowd. plus you're right on shiloh street which is so close to the overlooks and the views of downtown. can't wait for next tuesday!
