Why hasn't Tony gone to urban league they can help him put down on a deposit for an apartment, why hasn't he applied for section 8 from both the city and county, food stamps and welfare. He could contact the salvation army as well? Not saying he wants to be homeless but I just don't get why anyone chooses to stay in that situation and doesn't take advantage of the help that is available. Help is out there if he wants it.
