Jesse is a stand up guy. This is no reflection on Jesse but how restaurants are operated. The article even states that he pays his dishwashers more then other restaurants because they cant split tips with the servers. If this makes you stop going to any of his places then you are an idiot and should stop going to EVERY restaurant in the city. It also says allot that Jesse decided to pay the pay money owed in one lump sum instead of stringing it out as long as possible like the other places. The GV Saloon isnt even paying. It looks like he is the ONLY one to have done this and tells everything you need to know about Jesse. True, I have known him for 30 years but I wouldn't stand up for him in a public forum like this if it wasn't true.
