It is cruel for circus owners to hold captive animals and force them to perform for people to gawk at. The animals are hurt and punished continuously by “trainers” as the animals are forced to do unnatural activities. It breaks my heart to think of the miserable animals in those circuses. I will not attend a circus with animals. It is wrong to show children how animals are taken advantage of daily in the name of entertainment and ultimately money.
