Dr. Goddess, First, Do you know why-specifically- did the Hill CDC lose its funding? Second, did the One Hill Coalition spell out what exactly the various community groups were going to do with the money that they were requesting? I mean an item by item account of what these groups were going to do with the money? Or did One Hill just say something to the effect of " we want funding for these organizations to carry out our programs." In my opinion, I dont see why the mayor should outright be opposed to the idea of funding community non-profits, but I would want to see exactly where the money is going. I applaud the One Hill Coalition for coming together and making sure the Hill doesnt get its fair shake.
