I find it quite ironic that with all the emphasis on "low fat" everything, we have more fat people now than ever. When I was a kid we had whole milk in school. And there were few overweight children. Now school children will be forced to consume low fat milk by rule of government, and Sally Fallon is correct, it is lunacy.
