Honestly, it is not surprising that Ms. Buchanana appears to be uneducated within the rule of law. After all, she did ay on 60 minutes that she did not care what the law said, she only needs to convince 12 people (the jury) it is what she says it is. Great US Attorney here.
Too bad we (the people) can't have a vote on whether she keeps her position. I personally feel she is a poor representation of the Pittsburgh area and should be removed from her post; however that is GW's call of course not ours.
