Im sorry about your experience. I work in the Magnolia department inside Best Buy in Florida.
There is never an excuse for not listening to a customer. ..who is coming in for assistance...and to spend their money.
Those that dont listen do not survive in any industry.
Cheers and we do have some excellent female employees as well as male.
We will continue to try and do better.
