Bricolage Production Company is kicking off its "Fifth Wall" series tonight with a panel discussion on public involvement in transit planning across the county.
Its panelists include Bonnie Young-Laing (Co-Director of Hill District Consensus Group) and Ben Samson, the map guru who created this incredibly sexy Pittsburgh transit map. (The discussion will be moderated by City Paper's own Chris Potter).
The discussion will focus on "how (or if) public input should be included in planning for public transit," according to Bricolage's website.
The event starts at 7 p.m. and will be held at the Blakey Program Center Multipurpose Room, 1908 Wylie Avenue, 2nd Floor.
A Pittsburgh Community Reinvestment Group press release can be found after the jump.
Bricolage's Fifth Wall series seeks to break down the barriers between scripted storytelling and current events in the world at large.
