A 360-degree tour of Pittsburgh’s skyline
Pittsburgh’s skyline, with highlights like the U.S. Steel Tower (the tallest in the city) and PPG Place’s iconic glass spires, is a favorite subject for almost any photographer visiting Downtown.
For his spring semester at Pittsburgh City Paper, photo intern Jake Mysliwczyk is exploring Pittsburgh’s skyline from a new vantage point each week. From well-known spots like Grandview Park in Mount Washington to hidden gems like Frank Curto Park — known best for its "French fry statue" on Bigelow Boulevard — Jake will be visiting neighborhoods in a 360-degree tour around the city skyline.
You can follow along on Instagram for a new #PGH360 post every Tuesday; then, check back here later in the week for our interactive map below, where we’ll continue to update Jake’s photo project around the city.
