Well ... get your facts correct... only 20% of pittsburgh residents voted. 80% of those in favor, which means only 16% of the population cared enough to go and vote for the measure- which was an illegal measure taken after the arbitration board had ruled and the city and union were in contract negotiations ( an unfair labor practice )... perhaps if in 2014 the mayor had actually sat down and worked something out instead of blaming ACT 47 all the time, you might not see a huge exodus, as it is...expect that as veteran officers retire, younger officers take the job and live outside the city...expect younger officers on the job to move out quickly and expect within 7 years that 80% of you police department will live in the suburbs
