Re: “Get your cardigans ready for Mr. Rogers Bar

How is an 8 dollar cocktail cheap? How is sushi bar food?

More of the same.

Re: “Get your cardigans ready for Mr. Rogers Bar

Having met Fred Rogers on several occasions, I think he would love the idea. The show was for children, but his legacy was for all of Pittsburgh. These people grew up watching him like all of us did. Fred had a sense of humor.

Re: “Get your cardigans ready for Mr. Rogers Bar

I would expect and hope the Fred Rogers company will sue them. All true pittsburghers should not patronize. Fred's legacy in Pittsburgh and to all children does not deserve the disgrace of a bar being named after him. What are these idiots thinking.

Re: “Get your cardigans ready for Mr. Rogers Bar

yeah... no. I'm irreverent as fuck, but it's gross to name a bar after a teetotaler. Why can't it just be The Neighborhood Bar? Gets the point across without being a dick about it. Everything else about it is fine.

Honestly, I hope the Fred Rogers Company sues to block the name.

As a Pennsylvanian and Lynmar club member, I encourage anyone to experience this wine and the beauty of the winery.

Re: “Abjuration Brewing to open in refurbished Parkway Theater

Very exciting! Please make a dark and name it baleful polymorph, it's one of my favorite 3.5 spells.
I'll be cleaning out your website.

Re: “A farewell to Dish Osteria and Bar

I could've licked plates here on numerous occasions. Coziest, tastiest spot in the city. Was always top of our list. You will be sorely missed, delicious Dish!

Re: “A farewell to Dish Osteria and Bar

LOL @ Stephen! The place was amazing and was packed every night they were open. I went on a Wednesday evening without a reservation and was lucky to get a seat at the bar. It will be missed.

Re: “A farewell to Dish Osteria and Bar

Their massive success shows why so many people came out for these "simple meals". That's the genius of good Italian cooking; taking something simple and making it absolutely sublime. I'll miss this place, it leaves a hole in Pittsburgh.

Re: “A farewell to Dish Osteria and Bar

The local market weeded this place out; no parking options, poor and repulsive location, high prices for simple meals you could prepare in seconds at home. Get out!

Re: “A farewell to Dish Osteria and Bar

$18 for a simple bowl of pasta? Yeah, this is not New York. Be gone.

Re: “Scott Smith, of East End Brewing Company, lets his baby bird fly with can distribution

Oxygen doesn't skunk beer. It oxidizes it. Only sunlight can make a beer skunky. Get your stuff together, Scott. You should know this.
