Re: “Riley's Pour House

Today, I believe I received the worst service, I received in the 63 years of my life. I and a friend arrived at the Pour House at the same time as another couple. The only seats that were opened happen to be at the bar next to the other couple. We were asked what we would like to drink and then the server asked the other couple what they would like to drink. The server then severed us our drinks and the other couple their drinks. She then took the other couples order and walked right past me and my friend and never asked if we were ready to order or not. Seven minutes later the other couple received their order and we were still waiting to be asked what we wanted to order. I waited an addition ten minutes and after the failure of The Poor House to take my order for breakfast, I pushed my paper placemat to the front of the bar and told the drink maker that I no longer wish to order from a restaurant that fails to service their customers. My servicer finally arrived to take my order, 37 minutes after I received my first drink and asked if we wanted anything to eat. She stated the she was working outside and was very busy and our food was on her. I told her that that the other waitress may have informed her that I was upset but they also failed to inform her that I was no longer interested in ordering from a restaurant that treated their customers the way she did. I started to tell her that she had no problem taking the order of the couple next to me but she did not hear this, since she walked away from me before we finished our conversation. 45 minutes to take my order in unacceptable. I will never waist my morning in a place with such poor service. At least we know where their name comes from. Pour House, I believe not is it more like Poor Service!!!
