Re: “Pittsburgh’s first food truck park opens for weekend service

Running a generator from solar power makes no sense.

Re: “Eat Me: The Mantis

Ms Roberts, hate to have to ask the obvious, but since you didn't go into any detail...would I be eating praying mantis in this taco, or is it the standard fare? Or were you simply writing a review to introduce the vegetarian jackfruit option? BTW the jackfruit sounds like an amazing option, I'll be trying that immediately!
Thanks for the clarification.

Re: “A new taco joint, Baby Loves Tacos, opens in Bloomfield

Hey Jesse Adelman, thanks for reading and for the comment. I have actually spoken to the property owner where that stand sets up and she told me she didn't want a story written about the taco stand.

Ah, hey, there IS a real taco pop-up stand that opens regularly on Liberty, and they make LEGITIMATE Mexican food. Do your research!

Re: “Pittsburgh is not lacking Thanksgiving-style dishes

So sad that you mentioned JUST Mad Mex their knock off goblrito and only two other options after that. You could of done so much better. Guess you had a short trip home to type this out on your smart phone. Just saying. Waste of an article.

Re: “Stuff’d Pierogi Bar opens in Downtown Pittsburgh

FYI, you need to right click the "Share" button and open it in a new tab. Clicking once isn't doing anything.

Re: “Kevin Sousa’s long-awaited Superior Motors opens in Braddock

Imagine having to *drive slowly* in a not-yet-gentrified neighborhood? I mean, can you even? Truly the stuff of whitemares.

One thing bad about retirement is not being in the area to drop by and grab a Reuben! The Best!

Re: “Kevin Sousa’s long-awaited Superior Motors opens in Braddock

I love SM but could not disagree more about the sign. A restaurant in an area unfamiliar to most first-time diners Needs A Damned Sign. Not having one is the only arrogance I felt around SM, but it bothered me. I know where it is now so that's fine, but it's not fine for others doing the slow crawl down the street in what they have been told is a sketchy neighborhood.

Re: “The Rivalry Issue: Food Fight

My name is Michael. I'm from the south. I have eaten sandwiches from all over the U.S. as a truck driver. Primantis is nothing short of awesomeness. I have had a Polish Boy. The worst thing I have ever tasted in Cleveland. It also gave me severe intestinal difficulties which almost reminded me of food poisoning. Primantis Bros all the way! Go Steelers!

Re: “The Rivalry Issue: Food Fight

Who cares about Primantis vs. Polish Boy? Any random FatHeads sandwich kicks both in the butt.
