The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust is accepting applications for participants in the 56th annual Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival. The Festival seeks visual & performing artists of all disciplines. The open application period ends on February 1, 2015. Submit application online. Festival theme is Unseen/Unheard. Information session on Jan. 10 at 10-11:30am in the Big Room of the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council.
