21+ Workshop: Kombucha Brewing

Do you want to learn how to brew your own kombucha? Meet other foodies and learn about the tea fermentation process with Red Star Kombucha! Participants will learn how to brew their own kombucha, and take it home with them! Assemble provides drinks, food, and all project materials. Please list any dietary needs in the registration form. We meet at our space on 4824 Penn Ave. We bring in a different local expert to share their craft, giving attendees the chance to build confidence through making. Our goal is to foster a love of DIY projects and promote connected learning.
