Drink: Do. Or do not. There is no try.

Ingredients: Beefeater gin, Campari, prosecco, grapefruit, rosemary

Our take: Campari and grapefruit combine to make the bitterness of this cocktail the forefront of its flavors. Prosecco adds lift, while distributing the oils of the piney rosemary.

Drink: La Befana

Ingredients: Gin, sage, Cocchi Americano, Campari, lime

Our take: Pleasantly floral and soft, this take on the negroni is much more delicate than its classic cousin. The bitterness of the Campari provides a little dimension, but doesn’t overwhelm.
