Mill Operations Manager. Landforce’s Responsible Wood Products & Training Facility is a zero-waste lumber and biochar operation in Pittsburgh’s East End. They recover logs from the waste stream and transform them into high-quality, responsible products supporting both environmental sustainability and workforce development. The Mill Operations Manager will lead day-to-day operations across log recovery, lumber processing and drying, value-added wood production, and biochar production. The person in this position will work closely with the Director of Responsible Wood Products to keep production moving safely, efficiently, and in alignment with our mission. This is a unique hands-on position for someone with well-rounded skills and experience who is looking to grow and learn. This is an evolving role with the potential to take on greater responsibility as the facility’s operation develops. Crisis Response Clinician. City of Pittsburgh. The Crisis Response Clinician (CRC) reports to the Behavioral Health Intervention Team’s Program Manager. Working with another clinician in a paired, team-based model, the CRTC delivers on-scene and community-based crisis intervention and stabilization for individuals experiencing mental or behavioral health emergencies — bridging behavioral health and public safety to address needs in real time. Paired clinicians respond to calls for service dispatched across the City of Pittsburgh. The team intervenes after first-responder public safety personnel have cleared the scene for safety by assessing, de-escalating, and providing connections to care in the least restrictive setting possible. The nature of behavioral health crises varies depending on clinical presentation and acuity.
