Assistant Finance Director. Mt. Lebanon Municipality is seeking candidates with at least three to five years of experience in a relevant role (municipal experience preferred). Program Manager – Economic Mobility. Community Forge. This is a full-time, in-person role to lead the development and management of the Economic Mobility department at Community Forge. This department is charged with leading Community Forge clients in their economic prosperity from basic needs to gainful employment. Executive Assistant to the Dean. University of Pittsburgh. The Executive Assistant to the Dean will provide advanced, professional administrative support to the Dean of the School of Public and International Affairs. The incumbent will be responsible for providing daily administrative support, performing and operating in a highly professional and confidential manner. Ceramics Education Coordinator. Union Project is hiring a Ceramics Education Coordinator (CEC) to coordinate UP’s ceramics custom programs. This includes setting up partnerships, scheduling teaching artists, coordinating all program details, creating curriculum, and evaluating program offerings. The CEC will also drive the Wheel Mobile to locations throughout Allegheny County to provide demonstrations and hands-on activities. In addition to coordinating programs, the CEC will participate in occasional studio maintenance and teach ceramic programs across a wide range of ages, skill levels, techniques, and venues. Communications Coordinator. Choreographer. Iron Horse Theatre Company will soon premiere its production of Rent! The stipend provided will be $250. Rehearsals begin in October and typically will be Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays starting at 7 p.m. You will not be required to attend every rehearsal, and the company will work with your schedule. Show dates are Dec. 5-20. Experience working in small spaces is helpful, as Iron Horse has an intimate stage. Familiarity with tango and pole is helpful but not required.
