Vice President, Development & Marketing. Allegheny Land Trust (ALT) is a nationally accredited land conservation 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has been helping local people save local land in the Pittsburgh region since 1993. ALT works urgently to protect rapidly disappearing green space for the overall well-being of the region. The Vice President of Development & Marketing is responsible for the strategic development and tactical execution of Allegheny Land Trust’s comprehensive development, fundraising, marketing, and communications efforts. As a member of the organization’s senior leadership team, the professional in this position must be capable of actively contributing to senior-level organizational planning and decision-making, and ensure the development and effective implementation of marketing and fundraising plans that are fully aligned with and capable of advancing the organization’s mission. The professional in this position is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies that diversify and stabilize ALT’s revenue sources, managing donor relationships, overseeing marketing and communication plans, and building brand awareness. Intake Specialists at Just Mediation Pittsburgh serve as the first point of contact for parties interested in mediation. This position requires attention to detailed case management and the ability to quickly process referrals. The Intake Specialist receives mediation referrals from Just Mediation Pittsburgh’s website, voicemail system, and batched referrals from partnering landlords and inputs case information into mediation databases. This position contacts parties by phone, text, and email to screen for mediation. The Intake Specialist aligns the schedules of the mediation parties and prepares case documentation to be passed to the Mediation Support Team. Starting pay: $47.1k per year. The Director of Production is the project manager for all Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre and PBT School performances in multiple formats. This individual is primarily responsible for the coordination of all production activities for PBT and PBT School performances. The Director of Production is a leader within the organization who is able to troubleshoot, project-manage, and propel ballet and dance through creativity in bringing the artform to the region and beyond. The Director of Production is responsible for the supervision of those within the production department, including part-time stagehands and department heads, and the relationships with those unions where applicable. Operations Manager. Prototype PGH is a queer feminist and anti-racist maker space and a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with around 100 members. The ideal candidate must be handy and willing to learn about 3d printers, laser engravers, and vinyl cutters. They must also be willing and available to attend free equipment training sessions during the first month of employment (2 hours each for our three major equipment offerings). This person must be familiar with various artistic and technical practices. Prototype offers vinyl cutting, screen printing, 3d printers, laser engraving/cutting, sewing machines, small tools, and crafts. This person must also be a self-motivated, independent worker; reliable and communicative to work with the Executive Director, Member Manager, Communications Manager, volunteers, and more. Costume Designer. Prime Stage Theatre. Want to help us bring characters from literature and history to life? Prime Stage is hoping to have the same designer for the entire season, but is also accepting applications for anyone interested in select shows. For the whole season: three productions total, pay per show is $1300. For single/select shows, pay per show is $1100. The costume designer is expected to attend weekly production meetings (via Zoom), read-through, designer run, dress parade, tech week, and strike. Prime Stage shows this season are Mr. Edgar A. Poe (opens Nov 7), Freedom House (opens Jan 23), and Speak (opens May 1).

These duties will include, but are not limited to, accurate and efficient pulling and loading orders for outbound trucks and trailers.
