Pittsburgh’s 8th annual Tattoo Expo brought the best artists in the industry to the Wyndham Grand downtown last weekend. Tattoo artists and body piercers set up shop displaying their portfolios for people to browse. Some chose small palm-sized pieces while others sat for hours for large-scale tattoos.
