A Sheetz in Cranberry partnered with Liquid Death on Friday for the “Chainsaw-Sliced Sandwich Experience.” After purchasing a made-to-order sandwich and a can of Liquid Death, customers stood in line to have their sandwich cut in half with a chainsaw. Austin Waclo, a professional chainsaw carver, operated a Sheetz-branded chainsaw as a long line formed outside of the gas station. Some sandwiches were sliced evenly, while others were obliterated by the saw blade. Sheetz Public Relations Manager Nick Ruffner told CP, “Pittsburgh has been key to Sheetz since the beginning, we love what the city has to offer and events like this give our customers something to come out and enjoy.”
