Last year around this time i fell in love with Canadian alt-country artist
Doug Paisley, and I sort of forgot about him until yesterday when i came across my copy of
Strong Feelings. So imagine my delight at hearing he'll appear at the
Pittsburgh Winery on Nov. 8. He'll be joined by folk singer
Joan Shelley ($10-12, on sale now).
In other news, a couple of hip-hop tours are stopping at
Altar Bar including
Casey Veggies on Nov. 10 ($16-18, on sale now) and
Skizzy Mars with
Kool John and
P-Lo on Feb. 9 ($17-20, on sale now).
Indigenous and
the Jeff Fetterman Band will be at the
Hard Rock Cafe on Jan. 28, 2016 ($13-15, on sale Sat.)
NYC's
Parlour Tricks plays
Spirit on Nov. 13 ($10, on sale now).
This Saturday, on Oct. 17,
Black Forge Coffee House in Allentown hosts prog metal duo
Indian Handcrafts ($10, on sale now).
And coming to the
Palace Theater in Greenfield next year:
Belinda Carlisle on April 6 ($49-59, on sale Oct. 23) and
Robin Trower (also $49-59, on sale Oct. 23).
Some more stuff:

William Tyler on January 25 (tickets start at $38.75, on sale Friday).
Leon Bridges and
Audra Day play

And speaking of
Stage AE, on Nov. 5, that venue, along with L

Veterans Leadership Program.
