A federal judge determines the firing of transexual troops in the military is clearly unconstitutional, a violation of the equal protection clause. Another federal judge says Trump’s gutting of USAID is unconstitutional, just as yet another federal judge put a temporary halt to the deportation of undocumented people to El Salvador because of its likely unconstitutionality. The brazen lawlessness of this administration is mind-blowing.
