In advance of his appearance at the Steel City Con this weekend, Neal Adams visits Oakland’s Phantom of the Attic tomorrow.
Adams’ half-century career includes, most notably, his circa-1970 reinvention of the Batman franchise as a dark and brooding one, following the campy ’60s TV series. He also has drawn for series like X-Men, Green Arrow and Deadman.
Adams will be signing autographs at Phantom of the Attic tomorrow from 4-7 p.m. The first autograph is free, and additional autographs are $10 each. Prints and other merchandise will also be for sale.
The store is located at 411 S. Craig St.
