CP REVIEW: Thai Me Up offers just seven small tables, but with wide windows that open onto busy Carson Street, it doesn't feel cramped at all. The appetizer menu has typical offerings such as spring rolls, wontons and steamed dumplings, providing a smooth transition to such popular Thai cafe standards as aromatic soups, meat-dressed salads, and rice and noodle entrees.
