CP REVIEW: This upscale Latin American-style tapas restaurant specializes in citrus-cured fish, while also offering a small selection of Latin-inspired tapas and finger sandwiches. Still, the inventive dishes are superb — from yellowtail tuna, seared and served in a rich, ruby-colored malbec sauce, to Peruvian-style sashimi and a tostada filled with black beans and sweet blackened yellowtail.
