CP REVIEW: This Wexford bar and restaurant delivers top-notch pub grub, plus a well-curated beer menu. Among the offerings: the Buffalo, N.Y. classic sandwich, roast-beef on weck, a Germanic roll with caraway seeds; and mac-and-cheese, made with Buffalo hot sauce.
