CP REVIEW: There is no mistaking the Latin and Spanish themes on the menu of this Peruvian restaurant: fried banana, guacamole, even paella are all on offer. Yet all the preparations are unique, from ceviche served with Andean fried corn kernels to a mildly Asian-influenced steak stir-fry. Distinctly native flavors include potatoes, quinoa and white-bean cake. [Sept. 28, 2011]
