Criminals are NOT required to obey this law, because their ILLEGAL GUNS WOULD CAUSE THEM TO "SELF INCRIMINATE" by reporting the lost/stolen gun.
HONEST people will report the gun loss/theft BECAUSE THEY WANT TO REPORT IT TO AN INSURANCE COMPANY/ON TAXES (as a loss) SO THEY REPORT IT to get documentation---ALL OF THIS WAS TRUE BEFORE THESE LAWS EXISTED--- SO THEY MAKE NO DIFFERENCE ECEPT TO INCREASE LOCAL GOVERNMENT TAXES/WORKLOAD/PAPERWORK, etc!!!!
STOP WASTING MY MONEY AND STOP THESE LAWS FROM POLUTING THE WORLD (with the paperwork/discussiions/etc.)
