      <![CDATA[PGH Resident I totally agree. If Carnegie Library closes a single branch and still retains a marketing department (why does a library system that sells nothing need a 1/2 million dollar marketing department?-head of which makes $100,000), 3 seperate I.T. Departments (everything is outsouced there is very little in house I.T. even being done)  - the head of which is making $150,000 (www.guidestar.org) than the RAD should start sending more money elsewhere.
